Andy Alexander joined the firm as a partner in 2014, after ten years with Semmes, Bowen & Semmes. His practice is focused on workers' compensation defense, and he has lectured on the subject for the National Business Institute. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, playing basketball and tennis, and watching Seattle sports.

Justin Main joined the firm in 2011. His practice is focused on the representation of insurers, employers and self-insureds in workers' compensation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has successfully litigated hundreds of workers' compensation cases before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission and Virginia Court of Appeals. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, golfing, and watching sports.
